Has written several small handbooks including “Marshall and Ruedy’’ On Call. Passionate about teaching – an audience of one is plenty – and focussing on the patient experience, including ‘random acts of kindness’ such as personally making a cup of tea or finding a pillow or magazine for a patient. Also believes in karma, so hopes that when the time comes around someone reciprocates the same sort of compassion and care!
